Baños de Vapor: Steam as Medicine

In this workshop you will learn the history and uses of the Temazcal for physical spiritual health, as well as other forms of steam medicine that derived from the prohibition of the Temazcal in early colonial times. You will also walk away with specific details on which herbs to add to the Temazcal or steams, for different purposes.
