WHY MOTHER OF MIDNIGHT?
Tlazolteotl is the MesoAmerican version of what many know as the Great Cosmic Mother or the primordial Goddess. She embodies all cycles and aspects of life, death, transformation and rebirth. She is also our Mother Toci, the first grandmother, the first healer and midwife. She is also Teteo Inan, the Mother of Gods. Today, within our modern colonized lives, Tlazolteotl remains present in natural and biological cycles within our bodies and environments and she teaches us that we can embody contradicting truths because complexity is the essence of our human nature. Our great mother who birthed us cosmically is always with us. She has never left. And she is slowly taking back her righteous place, hence why you may sometimes feel a fire burning inside you. She is the driving force in nature that give us the impulse to live, thrive and preserve life. She is also the grief we oftentimes feel as Indigenous women and people for the many apocalypses we have experienced and for the many children we have lost. She is also the longing we feel for a better future, for a different world and for the return of the ancient ones. We are her and she is us.
You will understand the basics of how herbal releases work and you'll learn how to support folks at home & clinical settings, as well as with pill protocols and a mix of herbs & meds. You will walk away more knowledgeable and empowered about your body, your boundaries, sacred intimacy and reproductive sovereignty. You will remember and reclaim your birthrights as a daughter of the Great Mother, creator of it all. This isn't yet another textbook training. This work will cause ripples in your life almost immediately. You will blossom in a way that feels authentic and true to yourself. No people pleasing involved.
Who is teaching inside this program?
Let´s start from the very beginning. I am a survivor of child trafficking. It took a lot for me to write that and post it publicly because I´ve never done it before. I´ve never even said it out loud. But it felt like it was time. My life was marked since the moment I was born, because I wasn´t supposed to come to this world. Nonetheless, I landed in this earthly realm on a sunny Friday afternoon, the day of the ancestors, the death Spirits and the divine feminine. My soul arrived when the sun was at the highest point in the firmament. I came to this world with a tremendous amount of willpower and inner strenght. I reclaimed my invite into this life and learned to take the VIP seat without asking for permission. The work that I now do with Tlazolteotl, Coatlicue, Xochiquetzal, the ancestors and the Virgins has changed my life in incredible ways. I accompany people through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and abxrtion. I´ve done this work for the last 13 years of my life. I am a mother of 3 kids earthside and 5 in the Spirit world. Aside from birth work, I am passionate about plants and their medicine, farming the land where I live and sharing with others the tools, perspectives, rituals and practices that saved me. By registering to this program you are making the commitment to paying in full, attending the live calls in person (notify the facilitator if you're not able to attend) and making use of the time given to review all content. All of the contents will be available to you for one whole year, starting August 13th. If you do not review and download the content at all and ask for extra time after the year is up, you will have to pay an additional fee.
